About Us

Beyond a Code of Ethics, It Is Our Essence

It would be absurd to think that values such as a code of ethics, integrity, respect, teamwork, and customer service are not part of the values list in every company. Regardless of whether each organization remains vigilant in upholding its values, for us, these values are simply fundamental.

To a large extent, a company’s values are reflected in its people. This means that as an employer, we couldn’t claim to prioritize respect and teamwork while hiring people who only look out for themselves or fail to give others the recognition they deserve.

For us, the most important skill we seek in every team member is emotional intelligence. That is, the ability to have a deep awareness of one’s own emotions and the emotions of others, and to use this information to guide thoughts and actions.

Emotional intelligence is defined by:

  • Self-awareness, or the ability to understand your effect on others, leverage your strengths, and acknowledge your weaknesses.

  • Self-management, which is being able to control your impulses and avoid acting rashly.

  • Motivation, which means finding the passion to challenge yourself and staying optimistic when things get tough.

  • Empathy, not just listening to those around you, but truly trying to understand their point of view.

  • Social communication, as the ability to manage relationships and express your emotions productively.

In practice, to understand a client’s need, we must first understand where it comes from. If it’s frustration, what caused it? If it’s uncertainty, how can we educate to build trust in our recommendations? And if it’s urgency, what are the real priorities to ease that urgency?

Within our organization, emotional intelligence translates directly into respect for others, valuing people’s time, understanding our clients’ needs, and operating under processes aligned with this premise.

Another highly important value we seek in the team is the commitment to self-improvement, and we continuously foster a culture of personal development—strengthening our abilities, overcoming weaknesses, stepping out of our comfort zones, staying motivated, challenging ourselves, finding clarity and a sense of purpose, and learning new skills—which, in short, means loving what we do.

We want to do things right. We want to sell products in which we can excel, feel proud of, make a difference in our clients’ lives, and earn admiration and respect.

We also strive to identify what we don’t want to do. For example, taking on a project that is doomed from day one because we don’t have the right skills or a reliable way to subcontract the parts where we need help. The last thing we want is to mislead a client with unrealistic expectations or impossible results.

Considering that these fundamental principles are part of every team member, our productive essence is guided by four important values:

01. A Culture of Creativity

  • To quote Einstein, “Creativity is intelligence having fun.” And we believe that a creative mind is one that asks better questions rather than one that simply gives many answers. From our culture of creativity, we gain the insight that often eludes those who always think they have all the answers.

02. Ingenuity

  • Ingenuity lies at the heart of our business. We bring together talent and attitude that inspire original thinking and the conception of new ideas, paving the way to explore every possible path to growth. Our ingenuity opens doors to a new dimension of ideas that often take clients by surprise.

03. Innovation

  • Accustomed to constant learning, we are inquisitive by nature and believe that innovation must be free—free to experiment, free to develop ideas in collaboration, and free to imagine everything that could be possible.

04. Trust-based relationships

  • Our greatest reward is the trust of our clients. And we know this goes far beyond simply fulfilling our duty.

It’s about turning our clients into lifelong partners who stay with us not only for our products but also because of the value and skills we bring to our business relationships. We know how to listen, we care about our clients’ results, and we support them in achieving more. As a technology company, we strive not to lose sight of the fact that business is ultimately just people interacting with people—and the most valuable tools will always be interpersonal.
